At the third annual symposium on corporate law at the University of California, Berkeley, Potter Anderson & Corroon corporate litigation partner Kevin Shannon is set to participate in a workshop titled, “Trending Developments: Dealing With Books and Records Inspection Demands.”

The symposium is co-chaired by Steven Davidoff Solomon of Berkeley School of Law and William Savitt of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Shannon practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, with experience in litigating stockholder class, derivative and other actions in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also has experience in litigating and providing advice regarding various proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, such as actions for appraisal, indemnification and dissolution.
