Ian D. McCauley of Morris James is set to serve on a panel regarding recent developments in e-discovery at a Delaware State Bar Association CLE seminar scheduled for Nov. 14.

Additional scheduled panel members include Tara S. Emory, director of Consulting Driven Inc., and James Levine of Pepper Hamilton.

McCauley is a partner in Morris James' business litigation group and leads the firm's e-discovery practice.

His practice is focused on e-discovery from the anticipation to the conclusion of litigation. He has experience advising litigants in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court and district court on making decisions regarding the preservation, collection and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
