Connolly Gallagher attorney Gregory J. Weinig presented at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel's fall conference in Washington, D.C.

Weinig was invited to present as a panelist for a session titled, “Change Is Here to Stay: The Fate of Settlor Intent in a World of Flexibility.” According to a press release provided by Connolly Gallagher: In a single generation, judicial developments and statutory changes have opened the door to a vast array of techniques that can be used to modernize, revise, and even terminate ostensibly irrevocable trusts.

Weinig is a partner practicing in the areas of trusts and estates, including trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, trust and estate litigation and taxation.

He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
