The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel hosted its fall meeting in Washington, D.C., with Connolly Gallagher partner Gregory Weinig serving as a panelist.
He presented on the topic of “Change Is Here to Stay: The Fate of Settlor Intent in a World of Flexibility” along with David Blickenstaff, a Schiff Hardin partner; Eric Penzer, a Farrell Fritz partner; and Jessica Uzcategui, a Sacks Glazier Franklin & Lodise partner.
Weinig is a partner practicing in the areas of trusts and estates, including trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, trust and estate litigation, and taxation. He works with an array of clients with diverse needs in trust and estate planning and administration.
