Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor corporate litigation and counseling partner Rolin Bissell was elected as a fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel.
American College of Governance Counsel fellows must have practiced law for a minimum of 15 years and devoted at least 10 of those years to the field of corporate governance, according to Young Conaway. Membership in the college is by invitation only.
