The Greater Wilmington area office of Gawthrop Greenwood announced Nov. 29 that estate planning attorney Ann L. Martino Frazier joined the firm to practice in complex estate plans for high-net-worth individuals.
Frazier's background is in corporate law, international tax, and both Delaware and Pennsylvania trusts and estate law. She has worked in distribution of trust assets to foreign beneficiaries, preparation of federal estate tax returns and estate administration.
Prior to joining Gawthrop Greenwood, Frazier was lead counsel for Wilmington-based chemicals company Hercules Inc.'s international business division. During her time there, Frazier represented women's issues such as pay equality, which earned her appointment as liaison by the Hercules Women's Organization.
