Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that it elected intellectual property litigator Jennifer Ying to be a partner with the firm.

Ying focuses her practice on patent, trademark and trade secret disputes in federal and state court and has experience in aspects of litigation from outset to trial and through appeal.

Ying, before joining the firm in 2011, served as a law clerk to Delaware Supreme Court Justice Jack B. Jacobs and as a summer intern to Judge Donald F. Parsons Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has a background in electrical engineering and computer science.
