Potter Anderson & Corroon elected Tyler J. Leavengood and Michael P. Maxwell as partners and promoted R. Stephen McNeill and Alan R. Silverstein to counsel, according to a press release.

Leavengood is now partner in the firm's corporate litigation group and focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Maxwell is now partner in the firm's business group, where he advises clients on matters of Delaware corporate and business law in transactions involving Delaware alternative entities and corporations.

McNeill became counsel in the bankruptcy and restructuring group and focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy proceedings involving national and regional clients. Silverstein is now counsel in the firm's IP litigation group, concentrating his practice on patent litigation, trademark litigation and intellectual property counseling.
