Connolly Gallagher attorneys Matt Boyer and Shaun Kelly are set to present at the Delaware State Bar Association's 24th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism.

The seminar is scheduled for Feb. 8 and focuses on “The Seven Deadly Sins in the Practice of Law,” according to a press release.

Boyer is set to co-moderate alongside Delaware Superior Court Judge Mary M. Johnston and Magistrate Judge Sherry Fallon. Kelly is set to co-host the interactive game show portion of the seminar.

Boyer focuses his practice on compliance counseling, employment discrimination litigation, drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, internal investigations and employment-related mediations.

Kelly represents clients in a variety of business law issues both in and out of litigation.
