Potter Anderson & Corroon announced that Joy Barrist, a partner with the firm, was elected president of Delaware Real Estate Women.

DREW is a group of women real estate professionals created with the objectives of networking, education and professional development.

Barrist focuses her practice in real estate and banking and finance, according to the Potter Anderson website.

Her commercial real estate services involve the finance, acquisition, sale, lease and development of complex multimillion-dollar real estate projects.

She graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
