Former Supreme Court of Delaware chief justice and current Potter Anderson & Corroon partner Myron Steele is slated to be a panelist at the 31st annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute.

The panel, which is set to be moderated by William Savitt of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and include Chief Justice Leo Strine and Anne Simpson of the California Public Employees' Retirement System, is titled “ESG: Is It Here to Stay as a Shareholder Concern?” 

The panel is scheduled to be held from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. March 14.

According to Potter Anderson's website, Steele practices in the firm's corporate group. In addition to having served as Delaware Supreme Court justice, he was also vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
