Connolly Gallagher announced that, as of March 1, it relocated its Wilmington office.
The new office, a 15,000-square-foot space, is located at 1201 North Market St.
It features enhanced staff facilities, a lobby conference center and video conferencing capabilities. The new office was chosen because of its location and technology initiatives.
According to the announcement, the 1201 North Market St. building is the first building in Delaware to be awarded a digital connectivity certificate, which is given to office buildings with cutting-edge internet connectivity.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
