Morris James announced that it added two attorneys to its Wilmington office.

Kirsten A. Zeberkiewicz joined the firm's corporate and commercial litigation group and Erin E. Larson joined the intellectual property litigation practice.

Zeberkiewicz focuses her practice on litigation involving corporations and alternative entities formed under Delaware law.

She handles corporate governance and complex commercial litigation matters involving fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, M&A challenges and summary proceedings in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.

Larson focuses her practice on patent litigation and counseling clients in all aspects of practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

She is currently working on numerous abbreviated new drug application and patent litigation cases.

Larson is also a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves, where she coordinates personnel services.
