The Delaware State Bar Association is slated to hold one of seven courses in its fundamentals series from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. April 10.

The course, titled “Fundamentals of Lawyer-Client Relations,” will offer 6.25 CLE credits in enhanced ethics for Delaware and Pennsylvania lawyers, according to the DSBA website.

The program is set to examine the relationship between lawyers and their clients. Topics will include defining conflicts of interest, avoiding disciplinary complaints, and working with difficult clients.

The course is set to be shown in person at the Delaware State Bar Association in New Castle County, as well as through live webcast at Morris James in Kent County and Tunnell & Raysor in Sussex County.
