The fellows of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers elected Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor partner Norman M. Powell as president for the 2019-2020 year, according to an announcement from Young Conaway.
Prior to being elected to this position, Powell was a fellow and member of the executive committee with the college. He also previously served as regent and chair of its fellows nominating committee.
The college is an organization that aims to promote the field of commercial finance law and promote achievement and education within the field.
