Michael Hendee, who served as deputy attorney general in the Delaware Attorney General's Office from 2008 to 2014, joined Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, according to an announcement from the firm.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Hendee joins from Casarino Christman Shalk Ransom & Doss. While there, he represented civil defendants and insurance companies.
While he was deputy attorney general, he prosecuted and tried criminal and motor vehicle cases. He now represents clients who have been injured.
Hendee earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.
He is admitted to both the New Jersey and Delaware bar.
