Michael G. Owen, a partner at Morris James; Matthew Fogg, an attorney at the Law Offices Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz and Bhaya; and Scott R. Mondell, a director at Elzufon Austin & Mondell, are scheduled to speak at the Delaware State Bar Association CLE Workers' Compensation Seminar on May 14.
According to an announcement from Morris James, the seminar is sponsored by the DSBA workers' compensation section and the Industrial Accident Board.
Owen works in Morris James' personal injury group, focusing on all areas of personal injury and workers' compensation.
Fogg also concentrates his practice on personal injury and workers' compensation.
Mondell is chairman of Elzufon Austin's workers' compensation defense department and also practices in general liability litigation and bad-faith litigation.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
