Tammy L. Mercer, a partner with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, is slated to speak on a panel at the Practicing Law Institute's program “Delaware Law Developments 2019: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know” in New York City.

According to Young Conaway's website, the panel, titled “Delaware LLC & LP Developments,” is set to include discussions on fiduciary and contractual duties in LLCs and LPs, statutory amendments, new LLC division and series LLC/LP provisions, and interpretation of LLC and LP agreements.

The program is scheduled for 9 a.m. May 9 and is also set to be available via live webcast.

Mercer practices development and alternative entity law and litigates a variety of corporate disputes.

She focuses on disputes related to alternative entities, corporate mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, and trade secret misappropriation and noncompete agreements.
