The Delaware Counsel Group founding partner Ellisa Habbart is set to act as a co-moderator at a Delaware State Bar Association CLE program, according to the firm's website.

The program, titled “Hot Topics in Delaware Corporate Law: Updates That Transactional Lawyers and Litigators Need to Know, a View From the Bench and Bar,” is scheduled from 1 to 5:15 p.m. May 23.

Topics will include appraisal, broken deal litigation, how to use new series provisions in LLC and LPs, developments relating to e-signatures, and fiduciary duty issues.

Habbart focuses her practice on cross-border transactions. She advises lawyers on complex transactions as they relate to Delaware, including acquisitions, secured financings, fund formations, investments and joint ventures.
