The Delaware State Bar Association is sponsoring a CLE titled “Ethical Issues Facing Corporate In-House Lawyers and Government Lawyers,” to be held from noon to 1 p.m. June 4, according to the DSBA website.

It is set to be moderated by Luke W. Mette, chief disciplinary counsel with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, with panelists Aaron Goldstein, Delaware chief deputy attorney general; Jeffrey A. Pott, general counsel at AstraZeneca; and Elaine C. Reilly, vice president, assistant general counsel and chief compliance officer of The Chemours Co.

The course offers one CLE credit in enhanced ethics for Delaware and Pennsylvania.

The panel is slated to be held live at the DSBA in New Castle County as well as shown in live webcasts at Morris James in Kent County and Tunnell & Raysor in Sussex County.
