During the 2019 Delaware State Bar Association Bench and Bar Conference, Mary Dugan was elected as DSBA assistant secretary for 2019-20.
According to Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor's website, Dugan is a litigation partner with the firm. She began serving on the DSBA executive committee as an at-large member in 2017 and is currently finishing a term as chair.
Dugan practices bankruptcy and commercial litigation as well as education law, representing clients in state and federal courts in Delaware.
