Wilmington-based McCollom D'Emilio Smith Uebler announced that it added Hayley Lenahan to its fiduciary, corporate and commercial litigation practice as an associate.

She focuses her practice on matters in the Court of Chancery and the Superior Court's complex commercial litigation division.

She represents clients such as companies and stockholders in corporate governance, indemnification and other disputes. She also advises clients on matters related to statutory and fiduciary duties under Delaware law.

Lenahan clerked for Judge Eric M. Davis of the Delaware Superior Court and graduated from Villanova University Widger School of Law.

She is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
