Wilmington-based Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that partner with the firm Andrew Remming is slated to speak in two sessions at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 15th annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. 

The sessions, scheduled for Aug. 2, will be on “Industry Trends: What Are We Working on Now/Next?” and topics will include trucking and transportation, agriculture, building products and home goods, and for-profit higher education.

Remming represents clients in a range of industries—including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, casino gaming, retail, automotive, commercial real estate, e-commerce, alternative energy, mining, professional sports and airline—in complex business bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings matters.
