Connolly Gallagher announced that Chuck Durante, a partner with the firm, was elected New Castle County president of the Delaware State Bar Association.
In the past, Durante chaired the DSBA taxation and estates and trusts sections. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Durante focuses his practice on planning strategies for intergenerational passage of personal and business property. He also advises on matters related to Delaware statutory trusts, Delaware holding companies and Delaware limited liability companies.
