Jeffrey R. Waxman, a partner at Morris James, led a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute's annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop.

According to Morris James' website, the panel covered retention issues under Section 327 v. 362, Jay Alix Protocol and other retention topics.

Serving on the panel with Waxman were Nan Roberts Eitel, with the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees; Jay C. Jacquin, with Configure Partners LLC; Roy S. Kobert, with GrayRobinson; and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sage M. Sigler of the Northern District of Georgia.

Waxman works in Morris James' bankruptcy and creditors' rights group, where he represents clients in Chapter 11 cases.

His clients include debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, official committees of equity holders, secured creditors, plan administrators, liquidating trustees and purchasers of assets.
