Mark Morton, partner at Potter Anderson & Corroon, is set to be elected this fall into the 2019 class of fellows of the American College of Governance Counsel.

After this year’s fellows are inducted, Morton will be among 120 U.S. and Canadian lawyers elected as a fellow or honorary fellow and the second Potter Anderson attorney to be elected. 

Morton focuses his practice on corporate counseling and governance, including handling matters related to the Delaware General Corporation Law, governance of Delaware corporations and fiduciary obligations.

He is a member of the council to the Delaware State Bar Association corporation law section. He is also immediate past chair of the mergers and acquisitions committee of the American Bar Association business law section.
