The Delaware State Bar Association is set to hold a mediation seminar titled “Superior Court Mediation Training at the DSBA—A 6-Hour Refresher Seminar 2019.”
The program is scheduled for Sept. 10, with breakfast and registration from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and the course itself from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The program will focus on the importance of communication skills in mediation and is slated to be presented by attorney and mediator Larry Ray.
Attendees must have completed the Superior Court Mediation Program prior to attending the seminar. Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys who participate will earn six hours of CLE credit.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
