The Delaware State Bar Association is set to hold a "Fundamentals of Family Law" CLE program.

According to the DSBA website, the course will examine assessments lawyers must make in dealing with clients, working within the rules of ethics, and topics such as custody and child support issues.

Megan A. McGovern of Bayard P.A. is set to moderate the seminar.

The program is scheduled for Sept. 18, with registration and breakfast from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and the seminar from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The course offers 6.3 CLE credits, including 0.5 enhanced ethics credits, for Delaware and Pennsylvania lawyers.

It is set to be held live at the DSBA and through a live webcast at Morris James in Kent County and Tunnell & Raysor in Sussex County.
