Nicholas D. Mozal joined Potter Anderson & Corroon as counsel in the firm's corporate litigation practice.

According to Potter Anderson's website, Mozal joins the firm following a position as clerk to Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation and counseling directors and special committees on corporate governance and fiduciary duties.

Mozal also clerked for Judge Franklin S. Van Antwerpen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mozal earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
