Blank Rome announced that its Wilmington office grew with the addition of Brandon W. McCune as an associate.
McCune joins the firm's general litigation practice group from Potter Anderson & Corroon.
He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation matters including disputes over contract interpretation, corporate governance and officer and director liability. He practices in both state and federal court.
McCune served as an extern for Chief Judge Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and a law clerk for the Orange County, California, District Attorney's Office.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law.
