Morris James brought on Michelle G. Gallo as an associate, according to an announcement from the firm.
Gallo will be based in Morris James' Georgetown office, where she will handle commercial transactions, real estate law, land use/zoning and general litigation matters.
Previously, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judges Kenneth S. Clark Jr. and Rosemary Betts Beauregard of the Delaware Court of Common Pleas.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and is admitted to practice law in both Delaware and Maryland.
