DSBA to Host Data Security and E-Discovery CLE

The Delaware State Bar Association's e-discovery and technology law section is set to sponsor the CLE program, "Recent Developments in Data Security and E-Discovery," according to the DSBA website. The program includes two panels, with one discussing developments in data security and the other focusing on e-discovery.
The program is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Oct. 8, with registration and check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. It is slated to be held live at the DSBA in New Castle County and through live webcast at Morris James in Kent County and Tunnell & Raysor in Sussex County.
Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys in attendance will earn 3.0 hours of enhanced ethics CLE credit.
