Morris James announced that it added Daniella C. Spitelli as an associate in its professional liability litigation practice group.
She defends medical practices, physicians and hospitals against medical malpractice and legal malpractice claims.
Spitelli earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.
She served as a judicial extern to Judge Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court and as a judicial law clerk to Judges Carl C. Danberg and Robert H. Surles of the Delaware Court of Common Pleas.
Before attending law school, Spitelli acted as a probation and parole officer.
