Attorney Brandon W. McCune left Potter Anderson & Corroon to join Blank Rome's Wilmington office, Blank Rome announced.

McCune joins as an associate in the firm's general litigation group. 

He handles matters related to corporate and commercial litigation in state and federal court, focusing on issues such as disputes over contract interpretation, corporate governance and officer and director liability. 

McCune earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law and served as an extern for Chief Judge D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He also served as a HEAT Unit law clerk for the Orange County, California, District Attorney's Office.
