Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell attorney Matthew B. Harvey is set to become a partner with the firm, effective Jan. 1, according to an announcement from the firm. 

Harvey represents international, national and regional clients, including debtors, official and ad hoc committees, asset purchasers, debtor-in-possession, lenders and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 business bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, reorganization and restructuring.

He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association. 

Harvey earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maine.
