Clark Hill announced that it brought on Margaret DiBianca as a member in its labor and employment practice in Wilmington.
DiBianca counsels employers and represents them in litigation. She handles matters such as employment-rights claims, discrimination matters and equal employment disputes, as well as in cases related to post-employment restrictive covenants.
DiBianca is a member of the American Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association employment law section, and she is the head of the social media working group of the Delaware Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology.
