Janet Reed, the head of Potter Anderson & Corroon's intellectual property transactional and counseling practice, spoke on a panel at New Castle County Chamber of Commerce's 2019 Women's Leadership Conference, according to an announcement from the firm.

The topic of the panel was work-life integration.

Reed is based in Potter Anderson's Wilmington office. She primarily focuses on patents related to biotechnological inventions in food, medicine and agriculture.

She has a background in biochemistry, molecular biology and plant physiology and pathology.

Reed is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
