Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati announced 17 partner elections, set to go into effect Feb. 1. Among the firm's newly elected partners is Lori Will, a litigator based in the firm's Wilmington office.

Will focuses her practice on corporate governance and securities and governance litigation, primarily handling stockholder class actions and derivative suits. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the Delaware General Corporation Law.

Will taught a course on M&A litigation at Harvard Law School. She is a member of the preliminary review committee of the Delaware Supreme Court and a member of the Delaware State Bar Association corporate law and litigation sections.
