Barbara Snapp Danberg and Stephen A. Spence, attorneys at Baird Mandalas Brockstedt, were named partners of the firm, according to a press release.
Danberg is based in Newark and focuses her practice on estate planning and trust administration. She also advises clients on complex tax issues and commercial transactions.
Danberg was an adjunct professor Widener University Delaware Law School and taught in the school's paralegal program.
Spence, based in Lewes, litigates matters related to business law, commercial disputes, real estate, fiduciary relations and creditor's rights.
He is president of the Sussex County Bar Association and chair of the Delaware State Bar Association real estate section.
