Potter Anderson & Corroon partner Janet Reed was elected to serve as chair of the board of the Technology Forum of Delaware, a nonprofit organization that aims to help technology business leaders in the area gain knowledge, resources and connections in order to succeed.
According to a press release, Reed began serving on the Technology Forum's board in 2018.
Reed is head of Potter Anderson's intellectual property transactional and counseling practice. She counsels clients on intellectual property matters with a specific focus on patents related to biotechnological inventions in food, medicine and agriculture.
