Morris James announced that Lewis H. Lazarus, partner and chair of the firm's corporate and commercial litigation group, was recognized by the Delaware State Bar Association for his service as chair of the DSBA awards committee, which determines which nominees receive awards from the association.
Lazarus was recognized at the DSBA Awards Day Luncheon.
Lazarus' practice is focused on corporate governance and commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
He is co-chair of the Delaware Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission and council of the Delaware State Bar Association corporation law section. He is also a guardian ad litem with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
