Potter Anderson & Corroon partner T. Brad Davey is slated to present at Practising Law Institute's Mergers & Acquisitions 2020: Advanced Trends and Developments conference in New York, according to a press release.
Davey will speak on a panel discussing litigation development in Delaware. The panel is set to take place Friday.
Davey works in Potter Anderson's corporate group, where he handles business, corporate and alternative entities litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and Washington, D.C. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
