Dailey, a boutique firm with offices in New York, Philadelphia and Media, Pennsylvania, announced that it is opening an office in Wilmington.

The firm also hired two attorneys from Venzie, Phillips and Warshawer, including Patrick A. Costello, who will work in the new office.

Costello's legal experience is primarily in the commercial construction industry, handling the negotiation and drafting of contracts and commercial and construction litigation, arbitration, mediation and claim resolution.

Costello is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and while he will primarily be based in Dailey's new Wilmington office, he will also spend time working in the firm's Pennsylvania offices.
