Intellectual property litigator Stephen J. Kraftschik was promoted to special counsel at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, according to a press release. 

Kraftschik began practicing IP litigation at Morris Nichols in 2011. He handles matters related to patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation.

He also provides pro bono representation to petitioners in Protection From Abuse hearings and plaintiffs in matters referred by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware Federal Civil Panel.

He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association litigation and IP law sections.

Kraftschik graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
