Burns White announced that it elected three attorneys to leadership roles within the firm, including Jeffrey S. Adler, who assumed the role of chief operating officer of the firm's eastern region.
In this position, Adler will manage Burns White's Wilmington office, in addition to its Philadelphia; Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, offices.
Adler is co-chair of the firm's employment practices liability group, where he advised clients on matters related to contract negotiations, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, drafting and reviewing employee procedures and policies, and risk management. He is also a senior member of the business practices group.
