The Delaware State Bar Association is slated to host the CLE program "Mental Health Defenses in Delaware" from 9 to 11 a.m. Feb. 12, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The program is sponsored by the DSBA criminal defense law section.

Forensic and clinical psychiatrist Mustafa A. Mufti, of Christiana Care Health System, is set to present the first part of the program, which will address mental health defenses. Patrick J. Collins of Collins & Associates is set to present the program's second part, which will criminal law and mental health defense.

The program offers two hours of CLE credit for Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys.
