The Delaware State Bar Association is set to host the CLE program "Hate Crimes in Delaware and the Country" from 9 to 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

During the program, Amy Feinman, Northeast Area civil rights counsel with the Anti-Defamation League, will present an overview of hate crimes, including hate symbols, social media and the difference between hate crimes and bias incidents. 

In the second half of the panel, President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Superior Court of Delaware, Supervisory Special Agent Joseph Gordon of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Delaware State Police Sgt. Scott Weaver and Sonia Augusthy of the Delaware Office of Defense Services will discuss federal and state statutes.
