Potter Anderson & Corroon partner Mark Morton is set to present at the 32nd Tulane University Law School Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans, according to an announcement from the firm.
Morton will participate in a panel discussion on "M&A in the Private Company Context" from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
Morton focuses his practice on corporate counseling, governance and opinion work, in particular handling issues related to Delaware corporate law. He has experience acting as counsel to special committees and conflict committees during various transactions.
Morton is a member of the Tulane Corporate Law Institute planning committee and often speaks at the institute and at other programs.
