As part of its Fundamentals Series, the Delaware State Bar Association is sponsoring the CLE program "Fundamentals of Criminal Law 2020," which is set to be held from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. March 12.

The course will examine the process of the criminal trial and will cover pretrial practice, trial practice, opening and closing arguments, sentencing and mitigation, appeals and post-conviction relief, perspectives from young practitioners, and ethical considerations and candor to the court.

Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys in attendance can receive six hours of CLE credits, including one hour of enhanced ethics credit.
