Cole Schotz brought on Justin R. Alberto to its Wilmington office as a member, according to an announcement from the firm.
Alberto will work in Cole Schotz's bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice, where he will represent debtors, creditors' committees and other significant parties in business restructuring and litigation.
Prior to the move, Alberto was a director and former co-chair of the corporate bankruptcy and restructuring group at Bayard P.A.
He is a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and is on the court's register of mediators and arbitrators.
